Introduction
This wheat model has been developed over a number of years to simulate the growth and development of a wheat crop. The main references are Weir et al. (1984), Porter (1984, 1993), Porter et al. (1993). The model simulates the growth and development of wheat in response to nitrogen, water, CO2 concentration, radiation and temperature. Agronomic factors that can be changed are sowing date, planting density, site and year.
